The program is servicing students from preschool through grade 12 and continuing services through Adulthood.
Tiegerman is looking for a full time IT Coordinator to join our staff.
This is an in-person position based out of our Glen Cove location.
Travel may be required to our other locations on Long Island and Queens.
The IT Coordinator is directly responsible for the development and implementation of information technology goals.
This position reports to the Director and is an exempt position.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Supervisor for the IT Department Installs and configures computer hardware operating systems Maintains computer systems and networks Helps employees to resolve computer issues either face to face or over the phone Replaces parts as required Sets up new user profiles Tests and evaluates new technology Establishes a good working relationship with all staff members Re-sets passwords for employees Disables user accounts upon termination Follows diagrams and written instruction to repair faults and set up systems Conducts safety checks on computer equipment Analyzes call logs to resolve underlying issues Assures that all identifying information as per HIPAA and FERPA regulations is protected Tiegerman is an EEO and AA employer.
