Responsibilities:
Assist residents with retrieving packages and updating visitor logs.
Handle resident requests, such as reserving cabs or assisting their guests.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements:
No previous front desk experience required, but proven customer service experience is preferred.
Friendly and approachable with an upbeat attitude.
Reliable with excellent communication and organization skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Schedule:
Full Time / Part Time Afternoon 4pm-12am Overnight 12am-8am Pay:
$16-$20/hr (depending on experience)
